As long as you like ;-) but it depends on your available credit - check your 'Buy Credit' page to see your current balance.
- Can I check how much credit I have left?

Yes, your current balance is displayed on the 'Buy Credit' page and at the end of each Videochat session.
- Can I purchase more credit before I run out?

Yes ;-)
While browsing click on the 'Options' button - on most phones it is the right function button - and select 'Buy Credit'.
During a Videochat session, simply wait until your available credit drops to £1.50 (1 min) - you will get an option to buy more then. Or access the 'Buy Credit' page from within the Videochat session via the 'Options' button.
Setup
- Is my mobile supported?

We support a vast array of mobile devices that are compatible with our service. To get more details on this please see our supported mobiles section or 'Using the SaucyCams Service' section.
- Can I use the service on my mobile?
-
Three main things need to be set up on your mobile before you can access the service.
1. Where required unblock access to 18+ services
In order to access the service you must go through the age verification process. For more information on how to do this, or if you experience any difficulties, please contact your network provider's customer service department by phone or email. (All customer service phone numbers and email info are listed below).
2. A data account
A data account can be set up by calling or emailing your network provider's customer services and asking for access to the internet. See the customer service numbers listed below.
3. GPRS settings installed on your mobile
If you already have access to the Internet, or are only now setting up your data account, you need ask the operator for direct GPRS Internet data settings:
O2:
O2 Contract:+44 (0) 800 5874 005

Vodafone:
To call directly from your Vodafone mobile just type the number 191*
Calling from another phone but already a Vodafone customer? Then use one of the numbers below...

Orange:

T-Mobile operate an email customer support system. You can access the appropriate forms here.
- What do I do with the download link I received?

After you join, SaucyCams will send you a message via WAP push. Open this message and click on the download link. You will be immediately connected to SaucyCams. You should then select 'download' to start.
Just save the application in an easy to remember location and you are all set to use our service now!
- I forgot where I've saved the application...

Mobiles usually have 1 or 2 standard folders where downloads are saved. Folder names are different for each handset, so please look in the most 'obvious' ones (a few examples: 'Applications', 'Games', 'File Manager').
If you have failed to find SaucyCams application, then contact us quoting the model of your phone and we will help :-)
Troubleshooting
- Why can't I download the application when I click on the link?

On some mobiles, WAP-Push is "deactivated" by default.
If WAP-Push is deactivated, you won't be able to receive any download links. (This occurs more frequently with certain Samsung and Sony Ericsson mobile phones.) Here's how you can easily activate WAP-Push on your mobile:
Samsung:
From the main menu go to "Messages", and then to WAP Push/Push permit. Please change the setting to "always".
Sony Ericsson:
From the main menu go to "Messages", and then to WAP Push/Push permit. Please change the setting to "always".
Siemens:
The HTTP- and JAVA-profiles aren't configured. In Siemens phones the HTTP and Java profile must be configured separately to the normal WAP settings. Please ask a Siemens representative for assistance.
- Video and chat are slower than usual. What should I do?

Please note that speed of your connection is affected by the quality of the signal you receive. Try moving to a better signal area, try again later or contact your network operator for assistance.
- I can't see any video or chat, what should I do?

This could be for various reasons. The ones to check first are
Your phone may have incorrect GPRS settings. To correct that please see the settings section. Also check to see if your mobile device is supported.
However, if you are still having problems, please contact customer support via camsupport at csmob dot com or send a voicemail to 0208-328-3548 and we'll advise further.
